+完成：Python 打包脚本已打出 Windows 分发包。
+原因：用户要求编译脚本用 Python，以便以后在别的平台复用；同时要内置 WebView2 和 ffmpeg，输出 zip。
+关键实现：`scripts/package.py` 编译 ui 和 `cargo build --release`，release 程序在 `dist/target/release/raptdrama.exe`（`.cargo/config.toml` 把 target-dir 指到 `../dist/target`）。打进嵌入式 Python 3.13.15、现有 ffmpeg、WebView2 154.0.4258.37 的三个 NuGet 包（x64、x64.core、locales）并合并到 `vendor/webview2`。窗口程序在 Windows 10 第一次启动时对该目录执行 icacls。
+验证：`python scripts/package.py` 退出码 0，产物 `dist/RaptDrama-Download-Tools-windows-x64.zip` 331.3 MB。压缩包内已核对 raptdrama.exe、README、runtime/python/python.exe、ffmpeg.exe、msedgewebview2.exe、msedge.dll、Locales/zh-CN.pak、server/app.py、dist/ui/index.html，且不含 `.venv`。未在解压后实际启动窗口。
+问题：只下载 Core nupkg 会缺少 msedgewebview2.exe；NuGet 地址文件名不带版本号会 404。
+下一步：用户解压该 zip 后运行 raptdrama.exe 做一次真机启动。macOS/Linux 运行时仍是占位。这次 README、scripts/package.py 和 lib.rs 的打包相关改动还没提交，等用户明确要求再提交。
+给下个会话：不要把 dist/、tools/ffmpeg/、vendor/webview2/、server/.venv/、cache/、capture/ 提交进仓库。窗口宽度保持 1080，背景色保持 #363636。不要用浏览器做游客登录。
