用户最新明确要求把之前提供的完整URL和COOKIES填为GetNRBuildingsData.py默认值，已从唯一密码库条目“NQI WFS 楼宇数据查询”复用并写入本地脚本。该明确本地填写要求取代此前“源码默认留空”的约定。正常记忆不记录秘密值；实际值仍可从密码库查找。本次只修改本地文件，不提交或上传含凭证版本；已提交到Git及文件仓储的版本继续保留空URL/COOKIES。默认LIMIT仍为10，未再次发起网络请求。
