用户要求在新分支feat/Streamlit完成单机工具箱首版，主分支不实施、不合并。仅提供当前项目已有完整功能，不做占位页面或预留未实现工具。Python按职责拆分，避免单文件过长；原main.py的出图保持同一个完整流程页面，按数据源分别设置导入区域，支持拖拽作为导入方式。实现后先完成代码审查与自动化验证，界面交由用户自行测试，不继续代用户操作浏览器。
