+编辑器范围更新：不实现局域网分发、多机同步、网络传输或在线版本校验。用户将在当前机器完成图形化修改，导出最终 Mod/补丁后手动复制到其他机器。保留本地读取、表单编辑、差异预览、备份/恢复和导出。现成公开工具仍只有 Resource-Manager（.bar 工具）与 AOE3NativeED（注入示例），没有发现覆盖决定版全量语义数据的成熟 GUI 编辑器。下一步仍为先实现只读数据浏览器，从本机 Data.bar 提取真实版本数据，再增加编辑和导出。
