+2026-09-01：WPF 版本继续完善。嵌套 XML 叶字段递归展开，保留路径并支持精确回写；重复字段名保存改为分组处理。WPF UI 增加国家规则摘要、属性/生产研究/备份标签，实体保存生成 BAR，建筑生产关系复制生成 BAR，游戏路径可编辑，start-editor.ps1 隐藏后端窗口。Rust 后端增加 civs、relations、manual API；自动生成版本化中文修改手册（126 civs、5012 关系）。WPF dotnet build 0 警告，backend cargo test 10/10。最新提交 54f21d5。
