+本机（E:\Work\临时需求\0701\SiteDataTool0701）的 .venv 于 2026-09-17 用 uv 重建：uv venv --clear --python 3.13 .venv 且 uv pip install -r requirements.txt --python .venv。原 venv 指向 D:\Program Files\uv\python\cpython-3.14.3 且创建于 F:\需求\... 路径，在本机不存在。本机 uv 为 scoop 安装（D:\Program Files\scoop\shims\uv.exe），只有 CPython 3.13.15。requirements.txt 里的版本在 3.13 下均有 wheel，安装无问题。运行方式 .\.venv\Scripts\python.exe main.py。
