+700M 站点的物理站点名称改为取 CellData 中该对应基站ID、700M 制式、距工单经纬度最近小区的「物理站」。有括号时括号内容与 CellData 大多一致；例外：PL_20251226_000129 飞沙滩 括号=江门台山上川大禾塘，CellData=江门台山上川飞东村，已用 CellData。无括号的苍山取 CellData「江门新会苍山三」，茫洲岛保持「江门台山茫洲岛」。2.6G 物理站点名称未改。
