+完成：开通前后对比 Sheet 增加最新一周流量、最新一周用户数两列，取指标数据最后一周，按基站汇总 CGI。右侧汇总表/图移到 K 列。main.py 已提交 6cc861e 并推送到 origin/master。未跑全量 main.py（GPKG 耗时长）；用临时 CSV 单测验证 150 流量 / 42 用户数聚合正确。

+下一步：用户重新运行 .\.venv\Scripts\python.exe main.py 后才会在 ResultData 新文件中看到这两列。
