+1. 构建仅支持 Windows 10/11 + WSL2 + Docker Desktop（Linux 容器）。
+2. 环境依赖：Python 3.11+、Node.js 20 LTS+、npm、Git、Docker。
+3. 依赖安装：npm install && pip install -r requirements.txt（或 uv sync）。
+4. start.py 始终使用当前 Python 解释器，不强制 uv。
+5. 编译 feeds 只接受 HTTPS Git 地址，源名称和分支名称必须合法（见 FEED_NAME_RE、FEED_URL_RE、BRANCH_RE）。
+6. 包名必须匹配 PACKAGE_RE；已知别名在 PACKAGE_ALIASES 中。
+7. .runtime/ 已 gitignore，但包含敏感配置（Wi-Fi、PPPoE、Root 密码），不应提交。
+8. tests/ 已 gitignore，项目暂无自动化测试。
+9. 前端可用 npm run typecheck 进行 TypeScript 类型检查。
+10. 构建产物输出到 outputs/ax9000/，网页构建另外打包为时间戳 ZIP。
