+用户明确确认：GetNRBuildingsData.py 当前本地配置不作为敏感配置处理，其中信息仅在用户本地内网可用，其他人取得也无法使用，因此允许直接提交到 Git。该决定覆盖此前“URL/COOKIES 只保留本地、禁止提交或上传”的约定。正常沟通和记忆仍无需复述具体配置值。
