+用户双击 start-ui.cmd 失败：Windows PowerShell 5.1 把无 BOM 的 UTF-8 start-ui.ps1 按 ANSI 解码，throw 中文变成乱码并触发 UnexpectedToken。已为 start-ui.ps1 写入 UTF-8 BOM，Parser.ParseFile 通过。提交 6b86515 并已推送到 origin/feat/Streamlit。未合并 main。下一步：用户重新运行 start-ui.cmd；首次会创建 .venv-ui 并安装依赖。
