+start-ui.ps1 已改为：启动前结束本项目及占用 8501 的 Streamlit/python 实例；固定入口 http://127.0.0.1:8501；进程起来后在控制台打印 URL 并用 Start-Process 打开浏览器。Streamlit 以 headless 启动，避免重复开页。脚本仍为 UTF-8 BOM。提交 e843e56 已推送 origin/feat/Streamlit。未代用户启动界面。
