+侧栏布局已调整：折叠按钮常显并移到侧栏右缘外侧；stSidebarHeader 高度清零，MarketGrid 标题与导航贴顶。用 st.html 注入样式。浏览器实测 brandTop≈7px、collapse 可见且略超出侧栏。提交 9a3e75d 已推送。已停掉本机 Streamlit，用户可用 start-ui.cmd 自行启动。
