+已改：1) 楼宇查询结果 CSV 输出编码改为 GBK（无法编码字符 replace）。2) 指定市场由 multiselect 改为可滚动复选框列表，取消「处理全部市场」后可逐项勾选。提交 4cef0b7 已推送 feat/Streamlit。

+下一步：用户重启/刷新界面验证勾选与 GBK 结果。
