+楼宇页连接信息三个输入框移出 form，每个右侧加 :material/close: 清除按钮（on_click 置空 session_state conn_URL/conn_COOKIES/conn_REFERER，首次从 load_connection 初始化）。layout.py 全局 CSS 隐藏 [data-testid=InputInstructions]，去掉所有输入框“Press Enter to submit form/apply”提示（Streamlit 1.64 确认 testid）。已提交推送 feat/Streamlit。
