+git.asio.asia 推送若报 “Failed to authenticate user”，是 Git Credential Manager 保存的 OAuth refresh_token 过期。解决：从密码库条目“git.asio.asia nixevol”取密码，用临时 GIT_ASKPASS 脚本 + `git -c credential.helper= -c credential.username=nixevol push` 绕过 GCM 推送，推完删除临时脚本和环境变量。secret_get 的 lookup_key 用条目名而非 item id。
