+# CapacityReport sector 修复完成
+CapacityReport bd28f1b 和 Metrix e660bc7 已推送并部署第二实例。sector 上传改为按 CGI 新增或覆盖，清理上传范围重复；混合排序规则推断修复。生产 sector 清理后并执行推断，最终 67311 行、67311 个不同 CGI、0 重复，uq_sector_cgi 唯一索引生效；460-00-122116-32 推断正确。仅重建 capacityrepost-web，三个受保护容器未变化，健康检查通过。
