+
+## 完成
+- 工作树 `E:/code/NixMsg-wt/r3-69`，分支 `feat/fix-r3-69-js-sdk`，基线 `origin/main` `0c9b459`。
+- HEAD `7f308001927e9437b5497daa2c8562b1fcc6a920`：`fix: JS SDK 传输失败后换 rid 再泵发送队列`。
+- `dispatchSend`：非协议传输错误且未 `stopReconnect` 时换 rid 后立刻 `drainSendQueue`；`stopReconnect` 时 `finishSendErr`。
+- 单测 `publishUp transport fail retries with new rid`；`sdk/js` `npm test` 4 files / 49 tests 通过。
+- DEVIATIONS 追加「复审修复 R3-05」。Gitea #69 已评论（comment id 486）。已推送，未合 main。

+## 验证
+在 `E:/code/NixMsg-wt/r3-69/sdk/js` 执行 `npm test` 全部通过。

+总控评审后合入 main；本线无未完成代码。给下个会话：不要在主工作树改；合入用本分支，不强推 main。
