## 项目概述

MROTemp 是一个用于批量将 ZTE LTE MRO XML 文件转换为 GBK 编码 CSV 的 **development** 工作区。项目根目录位于 `e:\\Data\\Users\\Administrator\\Downloads\\MROTemp`，已创建 Python 虚拟环境 `.venv` 并安装 `lxml==6.1.1`。

### 目录结构
- `source/` – 放置待处理的 XML 文件。
- `output/` – 脚本生成的 CSV 文件，文件名形式 `MRO_<YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>.csv`，采用 GBK 编码。
- `aidocs/` – 本地项目记忆 (`project_context.md`)，不提交到 Git，记录开发日志。
- `mro_to_csv.py` – 主转换脚本，仅提取 **第一个 measurement**，在解析到第二个时停止。

### 关键实现要点
- **字段**：`FileName, eNB, id, MmeUeS1apId, MmeCode, MmeGroupId, TimeStamp` + 31 个去除 `MR.` 前缀的业务字段。
- **编码**：GBK，兼容 Windows 中文控制台。
- **执行方式**：在 Windows 命令行激活虚拟环境后运行 `.venv\\Scripts\\python.exe mro_to_csv.py`。
- **验证**：使用样例文件 `FDD-LTE_MRO_ZTE_OMC1_854879_20260813000000.xml` 成功生成 8589 行 CSV，首行/尾行分别对应 XML 中相应字段。

> **注意**：脚本默认只处理第一个 measurement，除非用户明确要求导出全部 measurement（`--all-measurements`）。

### 记忆与提交工作流
