2026-09-01 WebView2 方案修正：根据用户要求从 fixedRuntime 解压模式改为官方 Evergreen x64 离线安装器模式。vendor/webview2-installer/MicrosoftEdgeWebView2RuntimeInstallerX64.exe（SHA256 987A9D8B3107E84F9B53B4A077D28AE4814FC3D964D5A55C559E7334BBF24D61）随项目保存；tauri webviewInstallMode=skip，NSIS resources 嵌入安装器，installer-hooks.nsh 在 POSTINSTALL 检测 HKLM/HKCU WebView2 注册表，缺失时执行 $INSTDIR\\webview2-installer\\... /silent /install，成功后删除临时安装器。已实测当前机器原本无 Runtime 时 NSIS 静默安装退出码 0，Runtime 注册成功，应用启动正常；生成脚本无 _up_ Fixed Runtime。最终 NSIS 约 264 MB；Portable 仅 EXE，要求系统已有 WebView2。
