用户最终确认完全移除 Rust、HTTP 后端、Tauri、Vue、TypeScript 和 WebView2。编辑器采用单进程 C# + .NET 8 WPF，BAR/XMB/XML 读取、修改、备份、回退与导出全部由 WPF 进程内的 C# Services 完成。开发启动和自包含发布脚本只构建、启动 AoE3EditTools.exe，不再监听本地端口或启动第二进程。
