- 脚本
mro_to_csv.py已完成，实现仅提取第一个measurement，去除MR.前缀，生成 GBK 编码 CSV（参考决策memory:2e140573-4a5f-4c14-8a79-08dd33b55585）【source_ids: ["memory:2e140573-4a5f-4c14-8a79-08dd33b55585"]】。 - 性能：约 34k 行 XML，处理时间约 1 秒，内存占用 < 100 MB（符合 KISS & YAGNI）【source_ids: ["memory:bf88c265-4749-4c50-85bc-4bae25298cd5"]】。
- 已知问题：Windows 控制台直接输出 CSV 可能出现乱码，但文件本身编码正确；可通过
chcp 65001或使用记事本打开解决【source_ids: ["memory:e7b53c05-668f-4e03-bf26-2ce743e1bdf0"]】。 - 上下文列：已在 CSV 表头加入
FileName, eNB, id, MmeUeS1apId, MmeCode, MmeGroupId, TimeStamp，便于后续追溯【source_ids: ["memory:e7b53c05-668f-4e03-bf26-2ce743e1bdf0"]】。

运维要点
- 凭证管理：所有登录、SSH、数据库或 API 调用前必须先查询 Vaultwarden，唯一匹配时自动使用（全局凭证边界）【source_ids: ["memory:105b328f-4bda-4641-90a7-7282ef156316"]】。
- 记忆更新：每次任务完成后，编辑
aidocs/project_context.md，在顶部静态说明下追加时间戳条目，记录“做了什么、为何、验证方式、问题与后续”。该文件已加入.gitignore，不提交至 Git【source_ids: ["memory:5ed86f53-b53e-4534-8e51-d3a010069d5e"]】。 - 代码提交：使用
