用户确认 GetNRBuildingsData.py 当前本地配置仅在其本地内网可用，不属于需要禁止提交的敏感配置，允许直接进入 Git；此决定覆盖此前禁止提交 URL/COOKIES 的约定，正常沟通仍不复述具体值。已核对工作区仅 GetNRBuildingsData.py 有 2 行新增、2 行删除，git diff --check 无格式错误（仅 LF/CRLF 提示）。首次提交因本机缺少 Git 作者身份失败；沿用仓库上一提交作者，仅在当前仓库配置 user.name=RBP15P、user.email=guaotiantang@outlook.com。已成功提交 a4968a3（chore: 提交内网楼宇查询配置），工作区干净。fetch origin 成功，远端无新增，本地 main 比 origin/main 领先 5 个提交。两次 push origin main 均长时间无输出挂起，分别在约100秒和30秒后安全终止；禁用 GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT 后仍相同，说明更可能是远端连接层阻塞。下一步：网络或远端服务恢复后执行 git push origin main；不要重复创建提交。给下个会话：当前 HEAD a4968a3，工作区干净，main ahead 5；内网配置允许提交的新决定已写入 MemRelay。
