项目概述

MROTemp 是一个用于批量将 ZTE LTE MRO XML 文件转换为 GBK 编码 CSV 的 development 工作区。项目根目录位于 e:\\Data\\Users\\Administrator\\Downloads\\MROTemp，已创建 Python 虚拟环境 .venv 并安装 lxml==6.1.1。

目录结构

• source/ – 放置待处理的 XML 文件。
• output/ – 脚本生成的 CSV 文件，文件名形式 MRO_<YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>.csv，采用 GBK 编码。
• aidocs/ – 本地项目记忆 (project_context.md)，不提交到 Git，记录开发日志。
• mro_to_csv.py – 主转换脚本，仅提取 第一个 measurement，在解析到第二个时停止。

关键实现要点

• 字段：FileName, eNB, id, MmeUeS1apId, MmeCode, MmeGroupId, TimeStamp + 31 个去除 MR. 前缀的业务字段。
• 编码：GBK，兼容 Windows 中文控制台。
• 执行方式：在 Windows 命令行激活虚拟环境后运行 .venv\\Scripts\\python.exe mro_to_csv.py。
• 验证：使用样例文件 FDD-LTE_MRO_ZTE_OMC1_854879_20260813000000.xml 成功生成 8589 行 CSV，首行/尾行分别对应 XML 中相应字段。

注意：脚本默认只处理第一个 measurement，除非用户明确要求导出全部 measurement（--all-measurements）。

适用原则
