已完成：正式成果迁入任务 20260815-a0000001（26 文件）；成果页仅任务清单 + 固定高度可滚动文件列表 + 单文件延迟下载；首页去掉「现有正式成果」。提交 6fdc613 已推送 origin/feat/Streamlit；42 项测试通过。
下一步：用户用 start-ui.cmd 自行验证。勿合并到 main。
给下个会话：迁入数据在本地 output/（gitignore）；界面若仍见旧文案需重启 Streamlit。
