2026-09-16 用户在 Codex 会话 01a0a90c-d1ef-7413-804b-3f5b1dbb7cbc 完成 Streamlit 工具箱首版。目标是单机内部工具箱，后续会继续往同一入口加功能；首版只做当前已有完整能力，不做占位页。不在 main 实施，分支名为 feat/Streamlit。Python 按职责拆分；原 main.py 出图保持单一完整流程页面，按数据源分别导入，拖拽只是导入方式之一。用户明确要求代码写完并检查后由用户自行测界面，不再代测浏览器。
