7f308001927e9437b5497daa2c8562b1fcc6a920：fix: JS SDK 传输失败后换 rid 再泵发送队列。 dispatchSend：非协议传输错误且未stopReconnect时换 rid 后立刻drainSendQueue；stopReconnect时finishSendErr。- 单测
publishUp transport fail retries with new rid；sdk/jsnpm test4 files / 49 tests 通过。 - DEVIATIONS 追加「复审修复 R3-05」。Gitea #69 已评论（comment id 486）。已推送，未合 main。
验证
在 E:/code/NixMsg-wt/r3-69/sdk/js 执行 npm test 全部通过。
下一步
总控评审后合入 main；本线无未完成代码。给下个会话：不要在主工作树改；合入用本分支，不强推 main。
