楼宇查询输入改为 source/NRBuildPolygon.csv（UTF-8 BOM，列 WKT + building_id，435327 行，全部 MULTIPOLYGON，含 1966 个重复 building_id）。查询点用 shapely polylabel（面积最大部件，tolerance=外包框最长边/100），within 校验失败回退 representative_point；不用质心/外包框中心（前 2 万条中质心落外 210 条）。全量校验 0 无效 0 落外，约 0.25ms/条。输出新增“输入行号”列，状态“轮廓无效”替代“坐标无效”。requirements-nr-buildings.txt 增加 shapely==2.1.2。旧 source/NRBuildingsPoint.csv 已删除。 |
