项目记忆与 Git 工作流

• 项目本地记忆使用 aidocs/project_context.md，说明固定在顶部，新记录紧随说明之后。
• 记录按精确到秒的时间倒序排列，形成可追溯的开发时间线，并写明做了什么、原因、验证、问题与下一步。
• aidocs/ 默认加入 .gitignore，本地记忆不提交。
• 完成任务后清理、更新记忆、检查全部工作树改动并提交有意义变更，提交格式为 <type>: <中文说明>。
• 非当前会话的合理用户修改在确认不破坏代码且不含敏感信息后一起提交。
