决策 1：Nextcloud 共享与预览默认策略
决定内容：
- 在 NextOffice（基于 Nextcloud）中默认关闭服务器端文件预览，保留公开链接共享。
- 关闭群组共享、再次共享以及共享账号自动补全。
- 这一策略符合项目对安全与简化的需求，并在 Nextcloud 34 中没有原生开关可以仅关闭用户对用户直接共享而保留公开链接。

影响：部署脚本 deploy.py 已同步更新相应配置，容器保持健康，静态检查通过。后续如需细粒度控制（例如仅隐藏侧边栏图片），需通过主题 CSS 或自定义应用实现。
