业务代码没有写死开发机路径。缓存、封面、分集、ffmpeg、adb 都相对程序所在目录；下载目录相对当前工作目录。pyc 里看到的本机路径是 compileall 写进字节码的源文件名，只用于报错，不用于找文件。打包编译改为 -s 服务端目录 -p server，字节码里只留 server...。正式版不再把 CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR 编进 exe，开发版才用仓库目录。
